This bill amends the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act to establish a federal public awareness and educational campaign promoting online safety for minors. The Federal Trade Commission, in partnership with other agencies, state and local governments, nonprofits, schools, and industry, would develop and implement programs identifying best practices and educating parents, educators, and minors about protecting children from cybercrimes, adult content, compulsive online behavior, and other harms. The FTC would submit annual reports to Congress on these activities for 10 years.
