The strategy must address improved information sharing between U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security Investigations, the Department of Commerce, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and foreign customs agencies. The Comptroller General is required to assess the strategy within 180 days of its submission.
