The SAFE CATTLE Act directs the Secretaries of Agriculture and Interior to enter into a memorandum of understanding to coordinate activities for preventing, controlling, and eradicating New World screwworm in wildlife and non-livestock animals on federal lands managed by the National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and Forest Service.
