This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to require tax-exempt organizations to report aggregate information on their activities assisting noncitizens with lawful resettlement or relocation into the United States. Organizations must disclose the number of noncitizens assisted, their enrollment in federal benefit programs, and the nature of the organization's involvement, while protecting individual privacy. The Treasury Secretary must submit annual aggregate statistical reports to Congress beginning in 2028.
