Senate races to watch

Every class-2 Senate race, sorted by challenger fundraising as a share of the incumbent's war chest. 50%+ challenger ratio means the seat is being meaningfully contested at the money level. Retiring incumbents sort to the top because their seats are open regardless of the dollar math.

Caveat: fundraising momentum isn't outcome — incumbents win 90%+ of contested races even when outraised. This board is about attention, not prediction.
